Get to know Sofia

Entrepreneur, talent and organization consultant, mentor and career coach, trainer.

Managing teams for over 20 years, Sofia has experience in leading operational teams, in telecommunications and retail, corporate human resources functions in national and international teams (Europe, United States, Mexico and China).

Throughout her career, Sofia has developed teams responsible for launching major brands and businesses, has experience in start-ups and led organizational transformation and redesign processes and was also responsible for launching several corporate learning academies.

​

With extensive experience in executive coaching and talent management, in recent years she has been working with professionals in career transitions.

Graduated in International Relations and with a postgraduate degree in management; extended herinternational leadership training with the “Future Leaders Program”, by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development; which combined Team Leadership Training (in a Sonae / London Business School partnership).
